RED POINTED CABBAGE

Red Pointed Cabbage is a variety rustic and semi-early kale. The Pointed Cabbage is large, conical in shape and very compact. Cabbage contains high levels of fiber, minerals (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus), vitamins (C, A) and antioxidants. Cabbage consumption is recommended for diabetics, for raising antibodies, improving hormonal functions and lowering cholesterol.
